Volcano Half Marathon Training
Getting into shape for this year’s Volcano Half Marathon need not be a daunting task! The Montserrat Running Club have adapted a 12-week training schedule for beginner to intermediate level runners who want to take part. The example training schedule allows you to build up your stamina and fitness ahead of race day in gradual steps. The best bit is that you can take part in Montserrat Running Club events leading up to the race as part of your training. So download your schedule and get running!
